That didn&#8217;t happen this time out, but we did have another repeat of sorts: DC&#8217;s <i><b>Blackest Night<\/b><\/i>, after a month with no new issue on the racks, retook the top position in February. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.comichron.com\/monthlycomicssales\/2010\/2010-02.html\"><b>Click to see the Top 10 comics for February 2010<\/b><\/a>, released today by Diamond.<\/p>\n<p>Every issue of the DC series has ranked #1 in comics shops for the month in which it was released. It&#8217;s not the first time a series has had every issue top the charts with a one-month hiatus in the middle: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.comichron.com\/vitalstatistics\/topcomics.html\"><b>as we can see here<\/b><\/a>, the first seven issues of <i><b>Secret Invasion<\/b><\/i> consecutively topped the monthly charts in 2008 only to miss a month before <i>Secret Invasion<\/i> #8 closed out in the top position.<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/comichron.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/92445_252751_3-1.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/><\/div>\n<p><b>Marvel<\/b>&#8216;s <i><b>Siege<\/b><\/i>, which topped the charts in January, placed second with its second issue. Four of the top ten comics were priced at $3.99, with the rest at $2.99.<\/p>\n<p>The latest <i><b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Fables-Vol-13-Great-Crossover\/dp\/1401225721?ie=UTF8&amp;tag=farawaypcom-20&amp;link_code=btl&amp;camp=213689&amp;creative=392969\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fables<\/a><\/b><\/i><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: medium none ! important; margin: 0px ! important; padding: 0px ! important;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.assoc-amazon.com\/e\/ir?t=farawaypcom-20&amp;l=btl&amp;camp=213689&amp;creative=392969&amp;o=1&amp;a=1401225721\" alt=\"\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" border=\"0\" \/> trade paperback by <b>Bill Willingham<\/b> topped the comics and graphic novels charts.
