Full market shares also appear; click the image at right to see the dollar shares more clearly.<\/p>\n<p>A few items of note at this stage: Sales levels look at a glance to be relatively similar to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.comichron.com\/monthlycomicssales\/2009\/2009-07.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">last month&#8217;s<\/span><\/a>, but we&#8217;ll have to look more closely. Cover prices for comics in the Top 300 didn&#8217;t move much \u2014 the average title offered cost $3.45, with the average comic book ordered priced at $3.44. The <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">median price for new comics offered remained at $2.99<\/span>, and that was also the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">most common price<\/span> for new comics.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; float: left; cursor: pointer; width: 134px; height: 200px;\" src=\"https:\/\/comichron.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/JUN090332_low_WALKING_DEAD_TP-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5381448109108901074\" border=\"0\" \/><br \/>The trade paperback and graphic novels list was led by the tenth <span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;\">Walking Dead<\/span> volume and included releases from <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Boom <\/span>and <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Avatar<\/span> in third and sixth places (<span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;\">Irredeemable <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Vol. 1<\/span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;\">Franekstein&#8217;s Womb<\/span> respectively). Both those products are under the $10 mark, but it does appear this was the highest placement for Boom in the trade tables to date.
