The basic information appears in this posting, but a page for the eventual <a href=\"http:\/\/www.comichron.com\/monthlycomicssales\/2009\/2009-03.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">March 2009 estimates<\/span><\/a> has been established.<\/p>\n<p>The Obama Spider-Man title past, Marvel&#8217;s &#8220;Dark Reign&#8221; event asserted itself at the top of the Diamond comic book charts in the form of <span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;\">Dark Avengers<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"> #3<\/span> in the top position. Hulk #3    $2.99 \u2022 Marvel<br \/>10) Buffy the Vampire Slayer #23 \u2022 $2.99 \u2022 Dark Horse<\/p>\n<p>Six of the Top 10 were at the $2.99 price point this time out, though four of the top five were at $3.99. <a style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 255);\" href=\"http:\/\/www.comichron.com\/monthlycomicssales\/1999\/1999-03.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Ten years ago this month<\/span><\/a> found six of the Top 10 at $1.95 or $1.99, much lower than the average price of all comics that retailers ordered in March 1999, $2.51.
