at the top-sellers lists appears to be an enhancement from Diamond, capitalizing on the attention the indexed charts receive each month \u2014 charts that have appeared from one distributor or another in comics since the early 1980s, when Milton Griepp introduced them to Internal Correspondence at <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Capital City<\/span>.
