February 2021 has four New Comic Book Days at Diamond, and four for DC's distributor, Lunar. February 2020 had four at Diamond.
February was initially scheduled to see the release of the first comic book from actor Keanu Reeves, Brzrkr #1 from Boom. Cowritten with Matt Kindt, it placed ten versions on the first advance-reorder chart for which it was eligible. Publisher Ross Richie reported sales of the issue of 615,000 copies, but it's unknown how much of that is in North America. The first versions of the issue came out on March 3, instead.

Second and later printings announced for February 2021

Several weeks ago, Diamond's retailers began placing advance reorders for items whose initial order deadlines had passed, but which had not yet released at the time the reorders were placed. These reorders, placed further out than regular reorders, tend to be more speculative in nature, as there is less certainty that stock will still be available. But they do give us the farthest-into-the-future look at potential sales. To see potential sales for this month, you generally want to look at the advance reorders placed from the month before.
Note that the listings mix hardcovers, softcovers, and comics together, and that they also rank items by dollars rather than units. Note, too, that advance reorder charts are ranked by retail dollars, so retailers' discounts have not yet been applied.
There is no guarantee that these advance reorders will be filled. It's also likely that a lot of books in these lists won't synch up exactly with this month; reorders are placed all the time and reported weekly, while comics sales are reported monthly.

The same week that the Star Wars High Republic novel topped the New York Times bestseller list, the third printing of the comic book led advance reorders.

The reprint of a King in Black tie-in from Seanan McGuire was the top advance-reordered item.
Advance reorders placed between January 25-31, 2021
• Top advance-reordered February-shipping comic book:Brzrkr #1 Cvr A Grampa (Boom)
Ten different versions of Brzrkr #1, the new comic book series by actor Keanu Reeves and writer Matt Kindt, placed in the Top 25, including the top six slots. Several second printings of the Walking Dead Deluxe series also charted.
No graphic novels, hardcover or softcover, made the list.

Reorders, by contrast, are orders for items that had already been released at the time of the order. In other words, these are the comics customers have been asking for, generally speaking; while deep discounts may also put titles on these lists, the charts are ranked by invoiced dollars, which is what retailers actually paid.
